No thanks, I don’t need to check out that investment property
A Dallas commercial real estate broker gave me a tip on a great investment opportunity. He said it was going to be a GREAT one b/c numbers look great, it’s in a good neighborhood with great tenants.
Luckily, i have a friend named “Google Maps Streetview” that gave me a hot tip that this broker is shitting me:
Either cops come frequently on that street or that cop car is just sitting there for no reason with the siren/lights on for no reason.
