How to restart Windows XP network interface from command line

I’ve been having problems with VMWare Windows XP losing connection very randomly throughout the day. Not sure if it’s my network or my host OS, Vista. But I find myself having to reset the network a lot of times.  Instead of clicking like a maniac, I’ve been looking for a command line solution to achieve this.
