Yahoo Search Marketing ACTUALLY checks for click frauds

I have a custom PPC tracking software and I’ve noticed that Yahoo Search Marketing (YSM) atually billed me for less clicks than my software actually tracked:

For example:

Feb 8, 2010 – My software detected 457 clicks but YSM charged for only 396 clicks

Feb 9, 2010 – Detected 454 clicks but YSM charged for only 376 clicks.

According to Yahoo click fraud guidelines:

Will your Click Protection System detect if my competitor tries to click on my links?
We do not approve of repetitive clicking by competitors on each other’s links. Our Click Protection System is designed to recognize certain repetitive clicks and we work to prevent such clicks from being charged to our advertisers.
