user generated content – comments, replies, links, etc.
earn link reference – this is assuming your site has some “following” / marketing voice
block engines (via meta robot, not robots.txt) – i didn’t quite “get” this

This will give you some traffic b/c the god almighty Googlebot will not flag you as total duplicate content.
