So  I gave them a try.

I was working on a campaign, where I was doing about $125 CPA.

Their sales guy, smellingmoney, says they can do $100 CPA.

Even better.. few days later, they said they can $80 CPA.

Holy cow…  I was excited. That’s $45 in s.avings per action.

Great, I thought.

Few days later.. the dude comes back and says… we can do $120.

Ok, I’m already doing 115 to 125.. wtf would I outsource to your company, add complexity, commit $500, AND have more crap to manage?

He says “because we’re the best”.

Right… sales rule #1: start high. Go low. Not start low, go high.

Few weeks later, I get this email:

I know we left on bad terms but you got caught in the middle of an organization shift and the person who screwed you over on pricing is no longer here. That said if you are willing to look at this again I am confident that we can come back with an acceptable CPA the FIRST time.

 

Right.. someone else screed me over.

Like I give a shit who works in those companies.. As a customer, when I deal with a company, I see the company as 1.

I don’t care if that conmpany’s department X is messing up my stuff… to me, if any department screws up, the WHOLE company screwed up.

I don’t know if Trada’s sales training sucks or if this dude they assigned me is just really bad at sales..

My readers/subscribers for a website I operate, a site for funny pet pictures, emailed in saying that the site is “malicious” … why? My guess is that i have ADS on them.

Yes, according to these idiots

1. Ads are evil.  (That’s why these morons bid on the word “online security software” on Google Adwords.)
2. I am the only one who has ADS on my website in the history of the entire WEB

DOLTS.

So I called in to get my this shit fixed and of course, who do I get? A call center who automatically assumes I’m a tech turd.

*sigh*

This is insanely f*cked up. Their shitty product/service is causing ME financial harm, yet they make me jump through hoops and hurdles to convince THOSE mother f*ckers what I’ve done isn’t wrong.

5. Give them hell. Tell them they should lick YOUR balls instead.

Sometimes I feel like I get beaten down by both so much, that I am not certain how much more I can tolerate before I call it quits.

Personal development is nice… motivational speakers are nice to get you fired up once in a while..
